No. It runs on the official Instagram Graph API with the permissions you grant, and it stays inside Meta’s own limits — the 7-day comment window, the 24-hour messaging window, the hourly send caps. The gate enforces them; they are not suggestions we hope to follow.
No, and that is the point. Roughly one in nine events is stopped by the gate — the person is outside Instagram’s messaging window, you already replied to them yourself, we already answered that exact comment, or it is quiet hours. Every one is listed under Activity with the reason and what to do about it.
